About Blindfold Yoga:
Experience what happens if you take the sense of sight out of your life and take life at a slower pace for an hour.
When there is no peeking, you shed the judgment out of your mind and do what feels good for you without external validation.
With the blindfolds on, you bring your complete attention from the external world around you back to the internal focus. The fun part of this class includes the blindfold partner exercises to remind about the importance to build trust and intuition.
