About the workshop:

The Asanas and practices forming part of the Common Yoga Protocol by Ayush (Govt of India) are selected in such a way as to yield the maximum health & wellbeing rewards to a diverse group of people from different profiles of health, age etc. The Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) for this purpose, which is essentially a specified sequence of Yoga Asanas of 45 minutes duration.
