D-awareness is a platform for a social change among a group of deaf and mute people, who we believe are deprived of basic necessities such as schooling, career, jobs or communication with the outer world.

While deafness remains a major challenge for the country, public awareness for access to education, vocational training, government schemes and benefits, career opportunities and lifestyle preferences have been of prime importance.

We intend to connect deaf and dumb people across the country with various NGO’s, schools, colleges and give them a chance for better career opportunities and lifestyle. After an extensive research on various institutions offering services to deaf and mute, we have discovered an uncovered need among these people to be able to connect with them in search of better opportunities having a huge impact on their lives.

D-Awareness Intends to bring them all under one roof and help them connect better.
