Khadija is back with her wonderful range of dry fruits from Afghanistan. See her and her daughter in the picture. She is at our market only a few times in the year, so please make use of her presence 🌴

The other picture is of a vegetable known as Tenda, in my culture we call it Meha, one of the most delicious vegetables we have tasted (one of our favorites) and the seeds are Organic Desi Open-Pollinated ie not hybrid so even better for us ! Cook any way you want, do not peel skin, simply scrape slightly. This is not there every Sunday, so when you see it, grab it 👐🏽
