The Indo Belgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IBCCI) was created in 1966 as the Mumbai branch of the Belgo-Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. A little later, the Bombay office was made independent and re-named as the Indo-Belgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The objective of the chamber is to promote trade between India, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The Chamber is an institutional link for the promotion of commercial and economic relations. We are working closely with the Belgo Indian Chamber, Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, the Indian Embassy, Belgian Embassy Luxembourg Embassy and Belgian Consulate, as well as other governmental bodies and Chambers of Commerce all over India. The Chamber seeks to reflect the views, perceptions and interests of its constituents in a proactive and constructive manner. Our primary fo*is to provide assistance to Industry and Trade specially the SME’s. The SME Sector would be the most promising prospect for our Programmes and initiatives and hence we need to be particularly relevant for this public.
