Come spend an empowering day with us as you discover something new, meet like-minded people and share some delicious healthy food together.
Get introduced to the virtues of the whole plant based diet which will be followed by the short film The Plastic Cow and then a meditation session as we end for the meal.
Please bring a dish free of animal products, including milk, no refined products such as oil, sugar, maida, etc. and preferably organic.
