ABOUT THE BAKER

Priyanka is an experimental and passionate baker with years of experience. She is classically trained in French pastry and Sourdough Bread from School of Artisan Food, Nottinghamshire, UK.
She is an ex-cafe owner and has worked with a famous cafe in New Zealand.
