I'm an Indian female and I have a nice and spacious 2 bedroom park facing flat in Jangpura extention (K block). The flat is a 2 min run from the Jangpura metro station (violet line) and the local market is a 5 -7 minutes walk. My Dutch flatmate is going back to Holland and her room will be available from the 6th of August. The room is pretty big and has an attached bathroom (with geyser). It is furnished with a huge and comfortable mattress, an AC, a bedside table and 2 big wardrobes.
The rent is 17K + 3K for utilities (internet, cleaning maid, cable TV, gas and garbage pick up).

The electricity will be shared depending on the monthly usage.
