An engineer by education and profession, Manish served the Indian Navy for 23 long years and quit as a Commander in 2012. Forced into singledom at 47, he forayed into stand up comedy 2 years back and has since performed in over 200 open mics in and around Delhi NCR.

He has been a regular host at venues such as 38 Barracks, Ardor & Hybrid at CP, Locale at Saket, Hinglish at Subhash Nagar and many more. He has also hosted / performed many a times at Club Patio, Akshara theatre, Alliance Francais, Lok Kala Manch, etc. He has also opened for the likes of Zakir Khan at Anti Social & The Yard, Atul Khatri at Starbucks and Nitin Gupta at Club Patio.
