I am looking for an accommodation in areas such as GK1, GK2, East of Kailas, Hauz Khas, Green Park, Panchsheel Enclave, Sarvprya Vihar and Saket. I have done extensive house searching in the last month. While my budget was initially upto Rs. 15000 for a place, I have not been able to find anything conducive to me thus far in this budget. I am told that a 2 bedroom and a dining room can cost anywhere upwards of Rs.30k. Hence now my budget is between Rs. 30,000 and 40,000 for a 2 bedroom, hall, kitchen and 2 bath.

I am looking to spend between 15,000 - 20,000 + electricity and other charges and am on the look out for a female flatmate who would want to spend the same amount.

I already have a few good options in mind, just need a flatmate to close the deal.
