This feature-length film exposes modern animal agriculture through drones, hidden & handheld cameras. It explores the morality and validity of our dominion over the animal kingdom.

It explores the six primary facets of our interaction with animals - Companion Animals, Wildlife, Scientific Research, Entertainment, Clothing and Food. The film emphasises the ingrained acceptance of global practices that are considered legal and deemed “humane.”

The Goal

In the age of fake news, corporate propaganda and repression of dissent, bringing truth to the public has become a democratic obligation.

The film aims to present facts about the ways animals are used – facts that can be verified through industry reports, the industry's own promotional videos, and their acknowledgement after footage of their facilities is released, saying things like "everything on the video was done according to the code", and "this is  meatworks, not a 5 star animal resort".

It aims to take away the blindfold that people have grown up with, that they've had reinforced through all aspects of their lives, and most people are truly (and rightly) shocked when they learn the truth.

The Impact

Reaction to the film has been powerful:

• The premier on Australia was sold out.

• Australians say that they did not believe that this could happen in such an advanced

country as Australia.

• The commercial farm industry braces for the impact of the movie.

Production

The documentary is directed by Chris Delforce, who also directed the Australian documentary Lucient (2014), an expose on pig farms.

Co-produced by Director Shaun Monson, who directed the world-famous documentary Earthlings (2005), which was one of the first documentaries to expose industry practices in the USA and has shocked the world.

Cast
