In this guided workshop, Sumit will break down the posture and begin with the basics of alignment, techniques to strengthen the upper body, shoulders and core.
This workshop will provide a safe and fun environment to allow you to improve your posture. Learn what and how not to do & things to avoid to prevent injury so so you can safely practice this after the class.
No inversion experience is necessary. This is where you come to learn.
Includes:
1. Increase core strength
2. Preparatory and warmup postures and corrections in the postures.
3. Learn what not to do and things to avoid.
4. Variations of headstands and conquer the fear of falling down and instill confidence!
