The journey of Souq started on 15 Nov 2009. Souq The Restaurant was previously known as Cafe Souq, as Middle East food was new to Ahmedabad. Cafe Souq started business in a very small place at Vijay cross roads. Soon it was decided to bid good bye to Cafe Souq and was rechristened “ Souq – The Restaurant” which opened up on 25 Dec 2010.

Souq is a theme based restaurant serving Persian, Lebanese and Morrocan cusine which is famous for its mezze like Hummus, Falafels, Persian Kebabs, Shawrams and above all Morrocan Tagines, Harrisa and much more.
