Al Dhaheri Law Firm was established in Abu Dhabi in 1997, by a retired Major General of the Abu Dhabi Police forces Mr. Ali Rashed Al Dhaheri since 1997, who has been practicing Law in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai Courts.

In 2002, Al Dhaheri Law Firm established its Dubai office to handle cases and other legal business in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. In January 2006, Al Dhaheri underwent a restructuring and rebranding process when Mr. Ali Rashed Al Dhaheri joined hands with a team of professional lawyers from India and Egypt having an average of 20 years of experience in Civil, Criminal, General and Commercial Laws.

The firm has acquired Associates from all over the world including Washington, Cairo, Mumbai, Baghdad and London. Thus, the firm changed its name to Al Dhaheri International Advocates & Legal Consultants, the new concept was introduced in order to create a consortium between lawyers specialized in different fields to ensure high quality services to its clients & to offer "Total Legal & Business Solutions".
