Sukhkaran Singh Gill, a true foodie, felt the vacuum in hospitality industry of Ludhiana after his return from New Zealand. He couldn't find the variety and ecstasy in food in a land, where traditional cuisine is not just another dish to eat, but also have an element of pride and legacy attached to it.
The urge to fill this gap and to open up a whole new era of fine dining, he came up with BISTRO 226!
