 Bringing India’s rich handloom traditions from different parts of the country under one roof, Weaves Of India being organized at The Constitution Club of India, Behind Reserve Bank of India, Near Patel Chowk Metro Station, Rafi Marg, New Delhi from 26th January to 2nd February 2019. While the exhibition is helping buyers to do shopping for the ongoing wedding season, the stall owners are further pinning their hopes on the upcoming festive and holiday season which has traditionally been a peak business period for exhibition organizers.

 A collection of handlooms is sticking as Tussar, Jute, Uppada, Kanjiwaram silks, Maheshwari and Kota saris and dress materials are available at the do. Bed covers and bedspreads, and cushion covers are also on display. From Baluchari, Kantha work from West Bengal to Kosa and Ghicha silk of Chhattisgarh, from Kantha saree to Jammu’s Tabi silk, Pashmina shawls, this exhibition has the best to offer.

 The popular real zari work paithani saree from Maharashtra, Maheshwari, Chanderi, from Madhya Pradesh, Bangalore and Mysore silk crape, baylu saree, Shanti Niketan, Kantha, Neemzari, Dhakai Jamdani from West Bengal, Bomkai, Sambhalpuri from Orrisa, Patola, Bandhini Saree from Gujarat, Block Print, Bandhej, Sanganeri Print from Rajasthan, Banarasi Silk, Jamdani, Lucknow chikan work and chiffon sarees from Uttar Pradesh, Uppada, Gadwal, Pochampally, Kalamkari from Andhra Pradesh and other silk materials from the interiors of India, are available in myriad options.
