We have a gorgeous 3-bedroom flat in Safdarjung. It's huge (more than 2200 sq ft), airy and well-lit, with balconies and a shared terrace. The whole flat and all bedrooms are fully furnished, comfortable and really feels like home. Safdarjung is a quiet and safe neighborhood that's central to almost anything in Delhi, 5 minutes to the nearest metro station (Green Park).

We also have a live-in full-time cook/helper who takes care of all the grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, errands and housekeeping. He's always at home, so always someone to take care of stuff. Extremely polite and trustworthy, having him around to do all the necessary but time-consuming errands in India just changes life completely, really nothing like living in luxury :).

The room is available from Dec. 17 on. It is furnished with a double bed, a built-in closet and an attached, private bath with a rain showerhead. The rent is Rs. 25,000/mo, which also includes the *ry for our cook. Groceries are split, usually about Rs. 1500 a week for all the food. Utilities are also split among all of us, around 3-4000rs per month. It's definitely pricier than other places, but this is really worth it if you're looking for an amazing place that can really be home.

The other flatmates are myself (former journalist & tech entrepreneur, from the US) and another friend of mine from the US who's also a tech entrepreneur here.
