We are a Spanish family (parents and 2 little girls) looking for a 2 bedroom flat to rent towards the end of November. We do not want ground floors and we prefer 2nd or 3rd floors (specially top floors with access to the roof included), with a balcony and walking distance to a metro station.

Our budget is 20.000 to 22.000. Our first choice would be in the following areas: Lajpat Nagar II and III, Defence Colony, Moolchand and GK1 (on the violet line), but we could also consider a place near Safardjung Enclave or anywhere close to Green Park or Hauz Khas.
