Introducing Mohit Naik, the fourth artist in The Artist Acquaintances Project 2024.

He is an engaging and upcoming talent. Initially influenced by his father, renowned artist Mohan Naik, Mohit has since carved out his own distinct artistic style and technique. His work reflects a unique voice, blending tradition with contemporary perspectives, making him a promising figure in the Goan art scene.

The Artist Acquaintances 2024
A weekly artist camp cum group art exhibition with the aim of giving maximum exposure to the artist and help art lovers and potential art clients understand and get to know the artists more intimately.
This event is a rare opportunity for both artists and art enthusiasts to engage directly in the creative process. Over the course of two months, the programme will bring together a select group of Goan artists, each artist being given a dedicated week to create a new artwork on-site at the gallery in Majorda, while also holding a private solo exhibition of selected pieces. The artist, in addition to showcasing their work, will also have the opportunity to engage with art collectors, buyers, and visitors through personal interactions and presentations. Their participation will culminate in a final group exhibition, featuring all the newly created works from each artist along with additional artworks exhibited by them during their individual weekly show.
