About the Chef

Chef Sadaf Hussain, a finalist on MasterChef India in 2016, has established a significant presence in the contemporary culinary scene. As part of his culinary journey, he aims to challenge and dispel misconceptions about Muslim cuisine.

Reflecting on his MasterChef India experience, Hussain highlighted four key takeaways: respect and promote his cuisine, engage with people about their food, document his culinary journey, and embrace storytelling to add depth to the dining experience.
