We are looking for a flatmate for a 4 bed room fully furnished apartment in Malviya nagar.
i m the owner. other flatmates are a french guy and 2 american girls. one of the girls is flying back so her room will be available. For this spare room we are looking for a flatmate.

The entire apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped and is
located in Malviya Nagar in South Delhi.

The apartment has a fast wifi connection, power back up, satelite tv connection,
a maid, a cook and is 5 mins away from Hauz khas metro station on yellow line.

The available room has attached washroom (with geyser) and balcony, air
conditioner and built in closet..

Rent is Rs.25,000/- per month which includes charges for everything--
all meals, electricity charges, water charges, gas charges, maid (for cleaning
the house and doing laundry) wifi internet, cook etc.

the pictures are a few months old. we have added some new furniture to the house like a dinnng touble....replaced a single bed with a beautiful double bed etc...... so the house is even better now.
