About Mehak Mirza Prabhu

Mehak Mirza Prabhu, born 1982, is a storyteller and writer from Mumbai, who creates fictional stories in multiple languages. Audio storytelling through voice modulations is one of her unique strength. Also a blogger, scriptwriter, social enthusiast; runs an online storytelling school; 'Jhumritaliaya', dedicated to merging classic storytelling form, with original stories that reflect recent times. 

Once an entrepreneur, now she is a full-time Writer - Storyteller - Voice over artist - Performer - Mentor.

Apart from the events, Mehak puts up regular storytelling shows in hindi, marathi, urdu; across Mumbai. 

She conducts workshops, of her storytelling pathshala 'Jhumritaliaya', aiming to create storytellers out of common people, out of their day to day observations and imagination. And also to help people use the powerful tools of storytelling in whichever professional field they belong to.
