1 room is available from now, and the rent is 26,000 INR

and the other room will be available from January 1st. 2012, - this room is a double-room, and the rent is 30,000 INR.

These prices are including everything, with no extro charges.

We don't send any pictures, as we prefer you come to have a look..

Location is very close from the Green Park Metro station, on the Yellow line, just about 5 minutes walking distance

There is a little community market where you can find almost everything, including a vegetable market.

The famous "Gulmohar Club", gym club with its swimming pool and its bar-restaurant, is just 3 minutes walking !
