Monthly rent: Rs. 11.000 + services which include electricity, water, garbage, internet and cleaning three times a week, amounting to around 1200 - 1500. The apartment is located in Malviya Nagar, in walking distance of the Malviya Nagar metro station and close to Malviya Nagar market.
