I just rented an apartment at Malviya Nagar. The apartment is located between Malviya Nagar Metro Station and Saket Malls (Select City Walk). You have to walk in a small lane for about a couple of minutes, but the place is fine. The metro is 5-7 minutes (walking) and most of the hangout joints are within 10-15 min walking radius.

About the house: There are two rooms with beds, small tables/chairs, a spacious kitchen, refrigerator, toilets (1 for each room) and a terrace.  My room is slightly bigger than yours but then I worked hard to get the place and paid the deposit and brokerage. The place is on the third floor.  The landlord lives in the lower floors but there is no time restriction as such. However, I think it will be better suited to men.

Rent: The total rent of the place (both the rooms) is 16,000+utilities which will split between you and me. We can negotiate about your share.
