We missed you all last Sunday 😊

This Sunday we have Nima Goos Goos teas (see picture) which are pure organic herbs very sustainably produced & packed with the power of nature coming to us all the way from Ladakh. Also, apricot preserve which we are waiting to get our hands on and a Pesto that originated in the hills, not in Italy ! Unmissable 👍🏽

We have Happy Gut which are combination of herbs that promise to keep our gut fighting fit. This being an issue for many, here is a natural solution 🌸

We welcome the beautiful Swati (see picture), after a long gap. You have to understand from her the controversy re pasture-raised eggs. And also hear the challenges of getting fresh food to us in the city. We need to be grateful for any organic food that reaches us and we need to support the farmers involved by purchasing, not asking for discounts, telling your neighbors, friends and family so that they can sustain their work. If we do not then sooner or later we will have to do without 😢

Last but not the least we have Sameer who everyone knows as the Kaiben guy. Besides being there to talk about his combo of freshly pressed hemp+flax oil, he will @12.30pm, enlighten us with a presentation on SLEEP. It will be live with his guitar ! We all have issues with sleep. Come listen to his deep research on the subject and take away some tips. It is one of the most important aspects of our lives which greatly affects our health 😴

Incase it is not evident, it takes quite a bit of our energy to put this market together. Please ensure that every person you know is aware of its existence 😅

Most importantly we all have to remember to say NO to genetically modified foods 👿
