In our overwhelming and increasingly fragmented modern life, how can we engage with the energy that deeply connects us to our own security? Building on an understanding of our energy pathways, this workshop provides teaching and practices to help us ground our energy and discover our own source of safety and connection. The workshop approach is based on a deep and holistic understanding of how energy works and provides practical, science-based approaches to strengthen our root energy through movement, awareness, food, breath, and sound.

Included in Event:
- Teaching on the Grounding principles of the Root Chakra.
- Yoga postures, breathing techniques, and dynamic meditation.
- Light refreshments.
- Take-Away Practices for deeply grounding your energy.
Participant Preparation:
- Participants should not eat 90 minutes prior to the session.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing.
- Bring an own yoga mat.
- Participants should plan for a restful evening without alcohol following the session.
