Adarsh Hathi is an international corporate and business consultant specializing in commercial transactions, trade and finance with special emphasis on India. He has substantial international legal experience working and studying in the United States, India and the European Community.

Mr. Hathi’s experience in India includes structuring and negotiating numerous commercial transactions pertaining to loan agreements, joint ventures, industrial relations, arbitration and trademarks for major multinational entities, Government and private Indian companies. He developed particular expertise in areas of industrial and labor laws and appeared before Industrial Tribunals and Labor Courts.
