Learn how to grow delicious gourmet style microgreens in a variety of flavors and colors in urban settings, in small balconies, terraces, even without having open spaces. These techniques will be practically demonstrated and shared with the participants. The true beauty of these superfoods are quick harvesting times, high nutrient density, easy management, totally organic and require very less space to grow.
Microgreens can be used in smoothies, salads, sandwiches, soups and also as jewelry on your favorite dishes like pizzas, pasta! Be ready to learn a quick green smoothie with microgreens and taste it too!!
