As I'm leaving back to the States at the end of this month (February 2013), my room is available for rent in a 2 BHK apartment in Shivalik.

Shivalik is a gated colony close in south Delhi and is about 10 minutes from Hauz Khas, SDA, Geetanjali, Malviya Nagar and Saket. The area is great for someone who is working in south Delhi, needs/doesn't mind close access to a metro (yellow line) and has a keen eye for the food and culture that Delhi has to offer (since most of the popular joints are close by). It's also got a beautiful, sizable park at a 5 minute walk which is great for jogging and some football with the boys.

The apartment is fully stocked and ready to shift. The kitchen is stocked. It has a wi-fi, television, speakers, a hall, balconies in each of the rooms, hot water, fridge and is airconditioned. The room comes with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, a balcony, closet space and a study table and chair.

Your prospective flatmate is Gautam who works with Ernst and Young as a development consultant. A graduate from the London School of Economics and the University of Reading, he is a well traveled, amiable friend and a good conversationalist.
