I'm 23 years old and I work for Google. I am back in New Delhi after spending close to 2 months in Europe and am looking for 2. There is a posh 3BHK semi-furnished apartment in Kalkaji in South Delhi for the taking. The landlord is keen to have me as his tenant and doesn't mind males and females living together.

The rent is 39K which is 13K per head. Each of the rooms has an attached bathroom with geysers and other fittings. The rooms are spacious and contain cabinets and cupboards. The house has its own security system and is a peaceful residential neighbourhood in Kalkaji C-Block close to both the Yellow and Violet Lines of the Delhi Metro.
