Cobalt Blue Workshops invites you to their 9th Beyond Mythologies Program with Sundeep and Ruchi. It's an experiential mythological storytelling called 'Beyond Mythologies' to be held at National Museum. The theme this time is "The Lives of Divine Wives".
Women have played a central and pivotal role in the maintaining of the universe along with the holy trinity. The wives of gods have come to rescue the falling gods by transforming themselves. What are these transformations? How these divine wives are actually the true preservers of not only the world but the sanity of the gods? Come and witness the unfolding of secrets behind their powers, their personalities and resonate your own mind with the gods.
We will discuss the meaning and symbolism of these stories through the ancient sculptures and artworks, do some fun activity followed by Q&A.
Sundeep & Ruchi invented 'Beyond Mythologies' Walks around India covering various Museums to generate more interest in mythologies for people.
Sundeep Verma is a mythologist & a storyteller who weaves meanings within the lost mythologies and help you discover personal association with these marvellous reservoirs of wisdom. He is a graphic novelist, writer & researcher. He has worked in advertising for 17 years. He did his Masters in Storytelling from Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design, London, UK.
Ruchi is an accomplished textile artist and a psychologist. She has done solo shows around India and Europe. She works as a counselling psychologist and conducts indigenously designed workshops on Art Therapy. Ruchi did her Masters from Nottingham Trent University, UK.
