Workshop announcement- Terracotta Art and pottery workshop (Molela) at Sanskriti Kendra on 2nd December '18. 

A fascinating tradition of figurative terracotta is practised by the Maru community in Molela. The plaques are like vertical niches with fluted arches and the image of a deity in high relief at the centre. 

Timings- 10 am- 4 pm

1st session (10 am- 1 pm)- Participants will be briefed about the terracotta art and will try their hands at Molela Plaques

2nd session (2 pm- 4 pm )- Pottery will be taught to the participants.
