Learn the fundamentals of yoga in a fun and welcoming environment. This session is perfect for those who are new to yoga or with some experience who would like a review of the basics and have regular practice.

We're bringing 'Vinyasa yoga'. Here we begin by coordinating movement along with regulating the breath to flow from one asana to the next. Also, many postures require you to support your body against gravity, which uses up lots of energy and works towards building endurance and toning the body. This will be ended by Pranayama breathing practices and relaxation.

We will continuously instruct to breathe consciously and "focus on the spine" when we are in the class. Breathing consciously assists us in connecting with the subtle energy within.
