• The consultant group with locations in Germany and India advises and supports European companies engaging in the Indian market, on issues such as market analysis, market entry, setting up and managing of subsidiaries, personnel selection and coaching, accounting & taxation, company law, real estate, etc.

• The Consulting Group seeks to add more representatives in the Indian market, in particular in the regions West (Mumbai-Pune) and South (Chennai-Bangalore-Hyderabad). This activity is optimal for e.g. expat-partners who are looking for an interesting engagement during their stay in India.

• The representatives would be primarily involved in:
a) The marketing of the Consulting Group and its services,
b) The acquisition of new clients and projects for the Consulting Group,
c) The representation of the Consulting group to external parties.

• Activities would include business development, such as approaching new clients, attending events (e.g. seminars, trade fairs, delegation meetings, receptions, etc.) and representation of the Consulting Group at these, conducting initial discussions and project meetings, etc.

• The representative will be working as a freelancer and will be remunerated on a commission basis for new projects generated, a fixed monthly expense allowance will be provided.

• For undertaking his/her work, the representative should have a work desk and telephone/internet connection available (home office will be feasible).

• The representative should have experience in dealing with foreign companies, especially on management level.

• Industry experience and a good understanding of the Indian market scenario would be required.

• Apart from English and preferable German, other language skills, especially languages such as French, Italian, Dutch, Japanese or Korean are an advantage.
