Looking for a 2bhk in Bandra, Khar (east or west) or Matunga East for a 1 year or 2 year self-lease (in his name). I have lived in Bombay for 2 years and plan to stay for 2 more.

A newer, modern building is preferable, but an older building is fine as long as the interiors are well kept (or recently renovated). Ventilation and natural light are very important (lots of windows and a balcony are a big plus). Higher floors are preferable. The flat can be unfurnished (but with fixed amenities like a gas connection, water purifier, ACs, wardrobes, etc.) or semi-finished to furnished.
