Infinite Souls is a place of repose. The shared dream of Konarak Reddy, Kirtana Kumar and Kaeya Zui. Nestled in the shadow of the beautiful monolith Savandurga, it is 40km from the centre of Bangalore, in Vardenahalli village.
The cottages, rehearsal spaces, outdoor kitchen, woodfire oven and dining area were built by young masons from a labour collective using stabilized mud block, local granite and recycled wood. Infinite Souls is an entirely un-funded, artist-led space. It is sustained by the workshops, residencies and performances it hosts.
It was inaugurated in 2007 with an International Theatre Residency by Ay Ombe Theatre, New York.

About the Improv training:
This retreat is open for anyone..whether you know Improv or not. The focus of being at an open place is to use the techniques of Improv to help you nail down some newfound discoveries about yourself. Nasir, who will be facilitating the activities will focus on using your bodies, your voice for character work, storytelling skills, scenework and challenging your level of comfort by using the available environment for play.

------------------------------------------------
ICB or Improv Comedy Bangalore is an Improvisational Theatre Company located in Bangalore. From a small collective of people, about not more than five, we have grown to become a robust thirteen today. We have been learning, performing and building a following for improv, in the Silicon Valley of India (or the Garden city, as the naturalists prefer) since June 2015. Theres about 70+ performances weve got under our belt. Not just that, our biggest catapult within the world-frame of improv was bagging an invitation to perform at the 20th Annual Chicago Improv Festival. We performed there, in March 2017. We also have a European finish to our improv fabric when one of the members was a part of the 6th Finland Improv International Festival that took place in June 2017. (www.ICBangalore.com)
