Integrating more raw or minimally processed food helps your body cleanse, nourish and thrive! In this workshop you will learn how to prepare dishes at their highest nutrition level to get better energy, clearer skin, better functioning of your organs, healing the gut, improving digestion as well as lowering inflammation. Mariam will also be teaching you how to power up dishes and elevate their nutritional content while still not compromising on taste .
