Roadhouse Cafe is hosting a fun activity of homemade pasta making class. It will be a small workshop (10 person max).
"The most memorable, fun, and hands-on way to spend an afternoon, our handmade pasta-making class gives you a chance to enjoy a true, Italian experience. You will then explore the world of pasta sauces broken down into three types: olive oil, tomato, and cream. Chef Chander will demonstrate techniques and give you tips and ideas you can use for everyday or special occasion meals. Then sit down to enjoy the fruit of your labors. This small-group workshop is limited to 10 people to keep the experience as intimate as possible.
