In the Cupcake Workshop, students will learn the basics of baking, how to measure ingredients accurately, about leavening agents, the process of baking, techniques and tips to bake the cupcakes. Students will be introduced to basic piping techniques/styles. Students will be provided a printed recipe and all the baking materials. Students need to carry only a book and pen. Also all the baked products can be carried back by the student.

Five types of cupcakes will be covered in this workshop. They are:

1. Vanilla

2. Chocolate

3. Strawberry

4. Dry fruits/tuity fruity

5. Marble
