Dance is an all encompassing fitness and wellness activity that can challenge you and transform your days into something really exciting and worthwhile.
Partner dancing has tremendous health benefits that we have experienced personally and would really want you to experience the same too!
Hence we at shArA, have come up with this very new concept of "Salsa and Latin dancing early mornings" to help you derive the benefits of dancing into your daily lives - this is a beginner level batch and does not require any prior experience.
We will be teaching Salsa, Bachata, Jive and Rueda on a rotation basis so you become familiar with the nuances of each style in a well structured way.
*Please note that bringing a partner is not compulsory since we switch partners in class to allow the aspect of social dancing to kick in right from the beginning.
Schedule :
Start date - 19th September
Every Tuesday & Thursday - 6.30AM to 7.30AM.
Fees - Rs.2600/- per month per person (for 8 hours)
