The Vision of The Purple Run is to spread awareness on mental health. A session on Alzheimer’s, its symptoms, identification, prevention, effects and how to cope up with it is something to create awareness about Forum in association with NIMHANS is organising the event in order to support everyone suffering from Alzheimer and also create awareness for the same. A portion of all the proceeds raised at The Purple Run will be donated to NIMHANS.

Race Categories: 3km, 5km, 10km & 21km.

• Registration fees 3km, 5km, 10km & 21km - INR 500/- (all inclusive).
• Timing Chip is an additional cost of INR 150/- (all inclusive).
• For children below 12 years and adults above 55 years registration is free of cost.
• For 21Km the minimum age to participate is 18 years and for 10Km, 5Km & 3Km run all minors must be accompanied by adults.

To compete for the first 3 places in all the 4 categories, you will need a Timing Chip. Ranks and prizes will be given to those with Timing Chip only.
The last date for entry for each category is 21st September, Thursday, 9 pm or as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier.

The registration fee will cover:

• BIBs without timing chips
• T-shirt
