National Association of Street Vendors of India NASVI is organizing the 12th edition of National Street Food Festival This would be a 3day event starting from 13th to 15th January 2023 to be held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium With a footfall of over 70 000 people this mega event is a one stop platform to bring together the promoters of local and traditional foods The focus would be on bringing different street food delicacies across the country in one place It will help in reconnecting people with their rich cultural past along with an increased focus on the diversity of cultures

Street food vendors from 28 states and union territories of India will participate in the National Street Food Festival 2023.
About 120 food stalls would be set up.
Zone-wise distribution of food- North, South, East, and West.
All street food vendors in the fest will have-

FSSAI Registration and Fostac training

The top 10 food vendors will be awarded.
Non-fire-based live cooking competitions for kids.
 Creation of kid zones.
International panel discussions on issues of street food vendors worldwide, on street food and vendors, especially women vendors.
Organizing debates and quiz sessions.
Depiction of the culture at each food stall with the help of light music.
Cultural evening- music bands, folk dance.
The event will be promoted on social media and news channels.
