Join us at Magazine St. Kitchen for a hands-on masterclass on Vegetarian Sushi the team at Book A Workshop!
In this workshop, you'll learn the delicate art of making different types of vegetarian sushi from Chef Nikhil Bendre. He has completed a Bachelor in Culinary Arts from Kendall College, Chicago, and has gone on to work at some of the best restaurants in the world, including at Alinea, a 3-Michelin starred restaurant in Chicago that specializes in Molecular Gastronomy and uber fine dining tasting menus.

Making two types of sushi: Maki & Uramaki
Demos for two types of sushi: Temaki & Nigiri
Understanding sushi rice
Holding the knife
Making gari and taking a little bottle home
Sushi rolling techniques
Plating it right

Cancellation Policy
If you can't make it to the event, please get in touch with our team. If you inform us at least 24 hours prior to the event date, we'll adjust 50% of it against any other event or issue a gift voucher that you can use across our brands (The Table, Mag St. Cafe, future events at Magazine St. Kitchen*, or direct orders at any of our delivery brands). Please note any cancellations on the day before the event will not be possible.
