The participants would be taught the following:

Caramelized spring onions and goats cheese ravioli, cherrys tomato, Cashew nuts, and fresh basil sauce

SECONDI PESCE/ MAIN COURSE

Filetto di sogliola in padella alla Livornese

Pan-seared sole fillet Livornese style, green beans, potato, basil pesto sauce

DOLCI/DESSERT
Crespelle integrali Dolci, fragole marinate al rum, yogurt e Miele millefiori
Whole sweet crepes, Old Monk marinated farmhouse strawberry, yogurt, and millefiori honey
