A two-hour session will help you learn about labour stages, labour signs when to reach the hospital, pain relief, correct breathing techniques, body posture during delivery, and partner's role during the delivery process. A detailed birth plan will be discussed to help you prepare well for the childbirth.
Instructor: Dr. Shalinta Tyagi, she is a certified prenatal and postnatal fitness expert. Her areas of expertise include- yoga sessions, breathing, breastfeeding, Lamaze, hypnobirthing, and water birthing. She has been working in the field of child birth education for past 12 years. In the past, she has worked with Cloud 9, Apollo Cradle and others.
