My husband and I own a 6 bedroom B&B in New Delhi and are looking for a Manager to hire for a full time position.

Required:
- 2-5 years of Management experience
- Hotel Management or hospitality experience a plus
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
- Good communication skills
- Computer knowledge: Required- Word, Excel
Preferred not required- PageMaker, Illustrator

Qualities Required:
- Self starter, sincere, punctual, ability to be warm to guests
under stressful situations, ability to lead a team, hospitable and
pleasant

Tasks include:
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Managing the phones
- Working with a 10 person staff which includes, driver, cooks,
cleaners, runner and gardener
- Ensure room presentation is consistent and ready for guests
prior to arrival
- Ensuring that guests are comfortable and addressing any
complaints or special needs they have
- Keeping track of purchasing and stocking of B&B
- Daily communication with owners
