Patrani Machli Fish topped with green chutney, wrapped in Banana leaf and steamed.
Parsi Chicken Cutlet Cutlets that are made with chicken mince, potatoes with few spices and bread slices presented with veggie sides.
Main Course
Salli Gosh with Soft Kulchas Salli Boti a famous parsi gravy served in weddings. It is an onion tomato based gravy with apricot and topped with fried potato sticks called Salli. This amazing gravy is mopped up with soft home made kulchas that melt in the gravy.
Chicken Dhansak It's a dish originating from Parsi and Zorasthian community. Chicken is cooked with lentils and vegetables with freshly pounded spices.
Jeera Rice A simple yet flavourful rice made with rice and jeera. Perfect combination for the chicken dhansak.
Desert
Parsi Ravo
A traditional Parsi mouth watering desert made with Rava, milk, eggs , dryfruits etc.
It is cooked on weddings and birthdays.
